Who is Ride-On?

Ride-On is the trade name of Ride-On Centre B.V., established in Zutphen, registered in the trade register of the Chamber of Commerce under number 69941505.

Provision and use of your personal data

When you place an order, create an account, submit a complaint or request a quotation, we ask you to provide personal information. We only ask for the information that is required for that purpose and do not use your data for other purposes.

The data is stored on secure Ride-On servers. We will not combine this information with other personal information we have.

Data: Name and address, delivery address, billing address, e-mail address, payment details, order number

Retention period: 7 years, by order of tax authorities

Data: Name and address, order information, telephone number, e-mail address

Retention period: As long as necessary to provide a solution.

Data: Name and address, telephone number, e-mail address, vehicle information

When you send e-mail or other messages to us, it is possible that we keep those messages and the provided information in our CRM system. Sometimes we ask you for your personal details that are relevant to the situation in question. This makes it possible to process your questions and answer your requests. This is how we want to optimize the customer process. The data is stored on secure Ride-On servers. We will not combine this information with other personal information we have.


We do not collect or use information for purposes other than the purposes described in this Privacy Policy unless we have obtained your consent in advance.

Third parties

The information is not shared with third parties, with the exception of web applications or service providers that we use for the benefit of our webshop, so-called 'processors'. This includes, among other things, the WebwinkelKeur reviews system and the parcel delivery service. We have agreements with those processors who ensure that they maintain the same rules regarding the data as we display in this Privacy Statement. The data will only be used for the purpose of the relevant application or service provider and will not be further distributed.
